Simply create your profile, add your services, set your pricing, and start booking clients!
What is the platform support fee, and why is it charged?
The 1% platform support fee is a small cut taken from the pro on each appointment booked through the platform. This fee helps us keep Grapevine running smoothly and ensures we can continue providing you with the tools and services you need to grow your business. Soon, our premium plan will include no platform support fee.To make sure the experience is fair and beneficial for everyone, we also charge a 1.5% platform support fee to the client when they book an appointment. These fees are vital in helping us improve the platform, keeping it free to use.
How do I book an appointment with a beauty pro?
Booking an appointment is easy! Simply browse the discover page to find a beauty pro you like, select the service you need, and message the pro with your intake form. The pro will follow up with a message confirming the appointment details.This back-and-forth communication ensures that both you and your pro are aligned on the service details, price, and duration. In the near future, we’ll be offering instant booking options for pros to streamline the process even further.
How do I pay for beauty appointments?
Payments are handled securely through the app. Once you confirm your booking, you can pay directly through the platform using your preferred payment method.Currently, we offer card payments through Stripe and Venmo. You’ll receive a receipt for every transaction, and your payment details are kept secure. If you or your pro prefers cash, then you always have the option to pay at the appointment.

You may post photos, videos, reviews, portfolios, and messages. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content to operate and promote the platform.
You retain ownership but must not submit illegal, abusive, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove such content and suspend accounts.5. Payment Terms
